Find any transaction fast: search by note, category or amount, switch between newest and oldest first, and narrow the list by category, amount, or when it was added or last edited. On a phone, everything sits behind one Sort & filter button. Your choices stay in the page link, and Clear all resets them.
On your phone, share a receipt photo or a bank slip from your gallery, camera or banking app straight to JodRubJai — one image or several at once. They're uploaded right away, with the same progress and retry as Import. Works in the Android app and in the installed web app on Android. Not signed in yet? Sign in and your shared images are imported straight after.
Sign in or create an account with Telegram — on the web, or in the Android app, where you confirm with one tap inside Telegram. Then send our Telegram bot a receipt photo or type something like "coffee 85", and it's saved to your account; /balance shows this month's summary. Signed in with Telegram? The bot already knows you. Otherwise, connect it under Account → Connected accounts. The bot replies in your Telegram language, with the date and time zone of every saved transaction.
Choose the time zone the app shows your money in, under Settings → Appearance — or leave it on Automatic to follow your device. Transactions, the dashboard, reports and budgets now always agree which day and month a payment belongs to, even one made just after midnight on the 1st. Reports and budget periods start at your midnight rather than UTC's, and the chat bots end each reply with the time zone they used.
Every popup now opens in the middle of the screen, with Save or Download always visible — even on a small phone or with the keyboard open. Close any popup with ✕, Escape or a tap outside; Export's extra Cancel button is gone. Popups also work better with a keyboard and screen readers.
The bot now quotes the slip or message it's answering, so several photos sent at once are easy to tell apart, and it replies in your LINE language — Thai, English or Russian. Photos go through the same two-step reading as uploads in the app: if the quick read can't make one out, the AI keeps reading it and the result shows up in the app. Answers come as cards: a saved transaction with an Edit button, this month's balance with an Open dashboard button. With the Android app installed, those buttons open it directly.
While receipts upload, from a watched folder or the import screen, the progress now shows in the notification shade, not only inside the app. On Android the upload keeps going after you switch to another app; in Chrome and the installed web app the notification says when the upload is paused until you come back. Turn it on per device in Settings → Notifications.
The Android app no longer preloads your data in the background on mobile data or on a Wi‑Fi you've marked as metered. Background folder sync already waited for an unmetered connection; its settings now say so, instead of warning that your device may be blocking it.
Something broken, or can't sign in at all? "Contact us" on the sign-in screens and at the foot of this site, or "Send feedback" in the account menu, opens a form for a message plus up to three screenshots or short videos. You can leave your contact details if you'd like a reply, but you don't have to.
Russian joins English and Thai: every screen, email, category, currency name and this site, with a Cyrillic font that only Russian pages download. Switch language any time from the menu.
JodRubJai now has public Terms of Service. Your account, transactions, budgets and receipts are processed to provide the service you signed up for; consent now covers only the optional extras — LINE login, the LINE bot and partner sharing — and is withdrawn by unlinking them. Existing accounts are asked to accept the Terms once.
While watched folders import new receipts, a card shows the progress on any screen, and when you come back you're told what background sync imported while you were away. On Android, the background sync posts a notification when it imports receipts, hits a failure or needs you to sign in again. Files the server already has are no longer uploaded again.
A vision model running on JodRubJai's own servers — no third-party AI service ever sees your receipts — now reads the sender, recipient, date, currency and note. Receipts in any currency work, not just PromptPay slips, and a bare $ or ¥ is matched to the currency you actually use.
The amount appears the moment you upload; the rest is filled in on the server, even if you leave. A photo the quick read can't make out is still read in the background. The import screen now lists every upload with what it became — a new transaction, a match to an existing one, or still being read — and the same file is never imported twice. Photos are deleted after 15 days; your transactions stay.
When an offline edit clashes with a newer version, or the AI finishes reading a receipt after you've already edited the entry, you now pick which value to keep for each field, with a live preview of the result. Edits from another device or a partner are never silently overwritten.
Shortly after you sign in, every view is cached in the background, so it still shows your data if you lose signal before opening it. Budgets refresh the moment you're back online, and your theme and currency recover on their own if the app was opened offline.
The landing page now shows real app screens and concrete capabilities, backed by a new Features page and this What's new register. Added Google Play links, richer previews when a page is shared, a bundled Thai font, and faster mobile loads from prerendered pages.

The Android app signs you in with one tap through the LINE app, and the installed PWA finishes login in its own window — no more being left signed in on a stray browser tab.
Pick Default, Strict Light or Strict Dark (with follow-OS), choose soft or sharp corners, and set a comfortable or compact layout.
